Schroeder Environmental Cleaning Services, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Hot Oil Truck Operator to join our field services team. Success in this role requires a disciplined professional who can safely operate heavy vehicles while executing thermal and chemical blending & separation protocols.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe heating and circulating of fluids to remove paraffin and debris from flowlines and production & storage tanks.

Primary Responsibilities

· Unit Operation: Safely operate high-pressure hot oil units, including the management of burners, pumps, and specialized heating coils.

· Production Service: Perform BS&W (Basic Sediment and Water) separation and blending operations to ensure crude oil meets pipeline specifications.

· Tank Maintenance: Execute specialized heating and circulation for the cleaning and maintenance of oil production tanks.

· Chemical Handling: Safely mix and apply chemical treatments during the hot oiling process to optimize production and flow and suspension of bottoms and solids.

· Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous adherence to DOT regulations, load securement standards, and on-site safety protocols (PPE, JSA, and Lockout/Tagout).

· Technical Documentation: Accurately log pressure readings, temperature gradients, fluid volumes, and treatment results for client reporting.

Professional Qualifications & Requirements

· Licensing: Must possess a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a current HAZMAT endorsement.

· FMCSA Clearinghouse: Candidates must have a clean record in the CDL Clearinghouse. Please note that a full Clearinghouse query/background check must be completed and cleared before the applicant can proceed to the physical examination and final assessment.

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically in hot oiling or high-pressure fluid pumping operations.

· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of oilfield production, including fluid blending, paraffin control, and BS&W separation techniques.

· Screening: Must be able to pass a mandatory DOT drug and alcohol screening and a comprehensive background check.

· Physical Requirements: Ability to work in outdoor industrial environments, lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), and manage the physical demands of field service work.
