Schroeder Environmental Cleaning Services, Inc., the premier provider of high-stakes industrial maintenance, is seeking an elite Business Development Manager to drive business development across our Southern region. We require a technically proficient producer with a proven track record of securing high-value contracts in the oil, gas, and agricultural processing sectors to navigate complex sales cycles and grow our market share. This critical role offers OTE in excess of $150k. This is a primarily remote position. However, due to the hands-on nature of our projects, periodic travel to job sites is required.

Core Responsibilities

· Strategic Business Development: Identify and capture market opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge of tank cleaning, hot oiling, and specialized field services.

· Technical Consultation: Conduct on-site facility assessments to develop comprehensive project scopes, ensuring all technical and safety specifications are met.

· Revenue Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation to meet or exceed annual growth targets.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between client representatives and our internal operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

· Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for service line expansion.

Professional Qualifications

· Experience: Prefer 5+ years in industrial sales, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.

· Technical Expertise: Proficiency with industrial field services.

· Analytical Skills: Prefer strong ability to interpret technical drawings, safety data sheets, and complex RFP (Request for Proposal) documents.

· Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering formal presentations to executive leadership.
